FA-HOLD: The gas spring with an additional holding function. Stepless positioning for customer-specific applications
FA-HOLD gas springs expand the functionality of a standard gas spring and allow the load to be positioned along the stroke, within parameters defined by the application, without the need for an additional mechanism.
To achieve this, the holding force is adjusted by a piston valve.
FA-HOLD gas springs are always designed for individual customer applications by our product designers.
Examples of applications for this product are roof window adjustments, furniture construction, tilt adjustment of headrests and footrests, and the positioning of support arms.
